Bowles currently has four retail Jus products on the market. They are the Chicken Jus, Lamb Jus, Red Wine Jus and the Veal Jus.
We are developing new products that will be available to the public in 2019. See below for a description of each Bowles product.

Chicken Jus

Our Chicken Jus is made from specially selected chicken and veal bones, simmered and reduced over 30 hours leaving you with gentle yet robust chicken flavour.

Ideally used for poultry dishes, add a spoonful or two to stir-fries, curries, pasta and pan sauces to give the recipes a rich full bodied finish.

Lamb Jus

Our Lamb Jus is made from specially selected lamb and veal bones, simmered and reduced over 36 hours to give you a smooth natural lamb flavoured reduction.

It is ideally used to enhance or extend flavours for game meats and lamb dishes like pie mix, ragu, braises, and pan sauces.

Our Red Wine Jus is made from specially selected grass-fed beef bones, simmered and reduced over 36 hours with an Australian Cabernet Merlot to give you a rich, long lasting finished flavour.

Can be used straight out of the jar as a sauce for steaks and roasts, or used as a base for sauces such as mushroom and pepper.

A rich veal stock reduction made from specially selected grass-fed bones, simmered and reduced over 36 hours to add a well balanced, silky smooth finish to any recipe or dish you create.

Our Veal Jus is ideal for enhancing and extending flavours in all types of meat dishes such as braised dishes, soups, risottos, and pasta sauce recipes.
